The team is intentional about manageable caseloads and has a clear structure to support continued professional development. Client Base : Ages 12 months–16 years, 50% NDIS and 50% private. No highly complex behavioural or feeding clients - these are referred externally. Caseload Management : Caseloads are carefully balanced to avoid burnout. Common presentations include ASD, speech sounds, literacy, and fluency. Clinical Care Hours (KPI's) : 22 hours per week for clinicians with 1 years of experience - capped at 25 hours per week for 5 Years Service Delivery : 80% clinic-based, with occasional school or community sessions. Community visits are bundled to minimise travel time and use a fleet vehicle. Work Flexibility : Options for WFH admin, 4-day full-time weeks, early finish Fridays, or flexible start/finish to suit personal needs. ✨ What’s On Offer: Salary renumeration : $88,000 – $124,000 PD Benefits, depending on experience PD Allowance : $500 3 days of external PD leave per year Clinical Leadership & Growth : Fortnightly "Talk Time" check-ins with your team leader to align on caseload goals and support areas.
